Äntligen fått tummen ur och spikat
Efter många dagars väntan har vi både fått tag på alla ramar och jag dessutom hittat hammaren som måste varit stulen ett tag… Nu har vi fått upp våra stoltheter över idrottsåret 2012. Himla roligt är det att när jag räknar ihop lite snabbt så klarade jag En Svensk Klasssiker under 21 timmar! Visserligen precis under med 20 timmar och 58 minuter, men ändå! 
Supernöjd och glad är jag för det!
Första riktiga vårkänslan!
Idag så var det dags för fredagsnöjet. En löprunda i mörkret fullsmetad med reflexer. Det kändes riktigt skönt och det gick bra. Första milen med snitthastighet runt 4:50 min/km på träningspass. Det lovar gott inför Göteborgsvarvet!
Nu är det dags för fredagsmys med Mikaela! Lillemor är på party med Metro.
